Annual General Meeting, 14th March 2007

The Annual General Meeting of Rugby Credit Union was held on Wednesday 14th March 2007 at the Methodist Church Centre, Russelsheim Way.

The meeting approved a motion to pay a 2% dividend on members' shares for the financial year 2006-7.

Two new Directors were elected to the Board, Eleanor Thorneycroft and Nicholas Brooke, who had previously been co-opted.
