Evidence of Identity
Members have to provide two forms of identity, one from list A and one from list B. If a prospective member is unable to provide these see section at bottom for alternative method of determining proof of identity.

Official Home Office Status Letter
Construction Industry sub-contractor's certificate
Firearms Certificate
Inland Revenue Tax Notification (Not P45 or P60)
Benefit Book or Benefits Agency original notification letter
List B - Evidence of
Address
Current paid Utility
Bill
Current full UK Driving Licence (if not used for identification above)
Bank/Building Society statement or pass book (updated within last 3 months)
Current Council Tax Bill
Rent Card or Tenancy Agreement
Current Mortgage Statement from recognised lender
Benefit Book or Benefits Agency original notification letter (if not used for
identification above)
Vehicle Registration Document
Current House Insurance Certificate
Current Motor Insurance Certificate
What to do when a prospective
member is unable to provide the above
If a prospective member
is unable to provide any of the above, the Board of Directors will consider
a letter from a person in a position of responsibility such as a teacher, social
worker, minister of religion, hostel manager, or solicitor as evidence of identity
